Guide Review - Over and Out
Over and Out is a fun educational game for whole family. The object of the game is to be the last player in the game, players are eliminated when they lose all their chips. Each round has a "Tip Top" limit that can't be exceeded. Add your cards to the pile, but don't go over the "Tip Top" limit. As numbers add up, so does the excitement. Depending on your cards, you can do more than just increase the card pile total, you can stubtract from the total, multiply the total, change the direction of play, or even choose a new Tip Top card for that round. With some strategy and the right cards, you can put your opponents Over and Out!
