Support Group Profiles - Submission Form
Submit your
support group information for inclusion on your state page.
I'm in the process of creating a new database with a profile page for each homeschool group or organization. Your profile page can have as much or as little information as you like. Your group does not have to have a webpage to be included. You can also have up to 3 images on your page - your group logo, a picture of an annual event, or whatever you'd like. If you want an image included, you'll have to email them to me - make sure you put your group name and state in the message.
To be included, simply fill in the following information (scroll down for form) and I'll do the rest. You do not have to supply all the information, just what you would like in your listing. Any omitted categories won't show up at all. Your information won't show up in the listing, only the information beginning at "Your group information."
